The starting point should be the shape of your land, – it gives the canvas for your design. 

If you don’t have a digital shape of your land yet, I have contacts to surveyors so that we can use the actual shape of the land in 3D for the design of your villa.

Once the requirements for your house are clear, we will talk about principle placement of your future villa on the land, fully following Koh Samui building regulations (that ensures that you can sleep well in this regard !). Follow this link here for an overview of those regulations.  

Should your project involve several villas on a land plot then will should start with a master plan for your plot – planning the general placement of villas on our plot first. 

Instead of bringing a fully designed villa to you as a next step it has proven to be much more efficient, collaborative and actually enjoyable to have several conversations and feedback sessions as the design is evolving in increasing detail. This ensures that the final product reflects your needs, style and likes in the best possible way.
